minor changes

I've made some minor updates(haven't named then as beta 0.7.1 since they were more of a minor hotfix to a few problems shipped on the 0.7 beta update).

Changes include:

-Client no longer asks the server if it can move all the time it tries to do so.

-A message is displayed upon connection telling the player that the server is waiting for more players to join before starting(if the game hasn't started yet)

-Chat text now has a small white shadow to make it easier to read on dark backgrounds
