Minor Android Update

Hello humans! 

After a few weeks without updates, he's a minor update for those of you playing the game on android! Since I'm trying to get the game on its first store that not itch.io( in this case, amazon's since it's free) I tried my best to make the game compatible with as many devices as possible and to fix any bug I could find on the android port. Here are the changes:

-Added on-screen controls for the second ascension minigame

-Changed minimum requirement to be android 8.0(so a good 80+% of people world wide should be able to install it)

-Changed graphics API to OpenGL ES 3.0  instead of vulkan(again, for better compatibility)

-Fixed issues with text being cropped on android

-Fixed an issue where the instructions would show partially outside the screen depending on the resolution
